Sriracha-Lime Wing Sauce

  • 3 T Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ C Hot sauce Juice of
  • ½ Lime Zest of
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 T Honey
  • 1 T Orange Juice
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat just to a simmer. Remove from heat and set aside, until ready to toss with your wings.  (You can use store-bought Sriracha sauce in place of the garlic and hot sauce.)
